Community Rules

Version 2026.07.29 — effective 29 July 2026

What changed in this version: Our contact address for privacy, support and account-deletion requests is now support@772inc.com — the same address printed on our App Store and Google Play listings, so there is only ever one inbox to write to. The phone number, postal address and every response-time commitment are unchanged.

SafeCare lets families and daycare staff message each other, share photos of the day, and post in a class group. These rules cover everything a person sends through the app. They exist for one reason: the people in these conversations are talking about small children, and everyone has to be able to trust what happens here.

They apply to guardians, staff and managers equally, in both languages, on web and mobile.

1. What is not allowed

Do not send, post or share any of the following through SafeCare:

  • Anything that sexualises a child, or any sexual content at all.
  • Threats, harassment, bullying, or abuse directed at a family, a child, or a member of staff.
  • Hate speech or attacks based on religion, ethnicity, gender, disability, or origin.
  • Photos or videos of another family’s child taken outside the daycare’s own updates, or re-sharing daycare photos of other people’s children anywhere outside the app.
  • Another person’s private information — phone numbers, addresses, medical details, NID or birth-certificate images — posted without their permission.
  • Spam, scams, payment requests that do not come from your center, advertising, or political campaigning.
  • Anything unlawful under the laws of Bangladesh, or content that impersonates another guardian, a staff member, or the daycare itself.

Photos the daycare shares with you are for your family. Keep them in the family.

2. How to report something

If you see something here that breaks these rules, report it. Any of these reaches the same team:

  • In the app: open the message or photo, choose "Report", and pick a reason. Reporting is available to everyone in a conversation, on web and mobile.
  • In the app: Settings → "Report a safety or abuse concern", if you would rather describe it in your own words.
  • Email support@772inc.com, or call +880 1700-761332 during Saturday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM (Bangladesh time).
  • Tell your center manager in person. They can file the report for you.

A report is confidential: the person you reported is not told who reported them. If a child may be in danger right now, do not wait for the app — call your center, and call the emergency services.

3. What we do about it

Every report goes to a named member of the daycare’s management team, not to an automated queue. We reply to you within 2 business days. Reports involving a child’s immediate safety are escalated the same day, within 24 hours, to the center manager and the network owner.

Depending on what we find, we may: remove the content for everyone; warn the person who sent it; remove them from a shared conversation so they can no longer reach you there; suspend or close their app access; and, where the law requires it or a child is at risk, report the matter to the police or the relevant authority. We keep a record of the report, the evidence and the decision.

4. Stopping contact from someone

You are never required to keep receiving messages from a person who is bothering you. Block them from the conversation, or ask your center manager and we will remove them from any conversation you share. Direct conversations between a guardian and the daycare cannot be blocked entirely — that channel is how a center reaches you about your own child — but you can ask for a different staff contact at any time, and we will arrange it.

5. If we act against you

If we remove your content or restrict your access, we tell you what rule was involved. You can appeal by replying to that message or by emailing support@772inc.com within 30 days; a manager who was not part of the original decision reviews it and answers within 5 business days. Restrictions are lifted if the appeal succeeds. Your child’s place at the daycare is a separate matter, governed by your enrollment agreement — losing app access does not end enrollment.
