Delete your SafeCare account
You can request deletion here even if you can no longer sign in. We confirm it is really you with a one-time code sent to the phone number on your account.
What deletion removes
- Your login, phone number and profile
- All signed-in devices
- Push-notification subscriptions
- Your messages are anonymised
- Your settings and preferences
What we must keep, and why
- Your child's care record (attendance, medical, incidents) — the daycare is legally required to keep it.
- Invoices and payments — retained for the statutory accounting period.
- Audit-log entries recording actions taken — append-only and retained.
You will be signed out of every device immediately. The deletion completes after 14 days, and you can cancel at any point before then by signing in.
